kartik tadanki2022-08-07Dr. Praharsha was the surgeon for my father's bilateral total knee replacement and I interacted with him throughout the process and found him to be a thorough master of his craft, a very patient and detail focused listener and a very caring doctor. He walked me through the process for the surgery, the parts used, the technology, why that would be better and how the joint was behaving before and after. After looking at targeted plan for the surgery and the post operative scans and measurements for both knees, I a was convinced beyond doubt of two things - the mastery of the surgeon and the precision of the technology used. Dr. Praharsha was ever so patient with all of our queries, and took time out of his extremely busy schedule to go over and beyond all our expectations. His prompt response to symptoms, medication related updates and thorough follow up in post operative care helped immensely in making a speedy and successful recovery. It is indeed remarkable and perhaps a testimonial in itself that my father was able to walk without a walker 2 days after the surgery and able to go up and down a whole floor, by stairs at the hospital on day 3. He coordinated with the Physio staff, and changed exercises based on his observations and arranged other doctors needed for my father's specific needs. Due to his advanced age we were apprehensive about the operation and his recovery. However, Dr Praharsha Mulpur, Ortho Surgeon was quietly confident and assured us there was no need to worry. He performed the hip replacement surgery smoothly. My father recovered in a few days and presently is moving on his own with a “walker” as support. Ramchandra Murty Tadanki2022-04-26I had a Robotic Bilateral Total Knee Replacement done by Dr Mulpur Praharsha. The very first day I met him, he explained to me the nuances of a Robotic surgery and I am happy I opted for it. My recovery was fast and painless and I was walking around and was able to use the toilet also from the very next day. I didn't need the Walker also. My range of movements surprised many Physiotherapists as well. The three days in hospital I was under his constant watch and was advised solutions on the minutest of issues. Care and follow on phone continued even when I left the hospital. The manner in which he took time off to show the pre and post op X Ray's to my son and explained to him how the deviation in the legs was corrected to the last mm because of the Robotics, totally bowled him over.
